ABOUT US

Respecting French tradition, Machine Shop is dedicated to quality, technique, and locally-sourced ingredients. Our breads are made using a long-fermentation, high-hydration process that produces naturally nutritious breads with complex flavor profiles. Our pastries use our sourdough starter adding depth of flavor to traditional french viennoiserie. Our goal is to bring a fresh modern approach to french classics, keeping seasonality and local in mind.

Machine Shop started as a wholesale operation in 2016 on the fourth floor of the BOK building. In the summer of 2021, we closed that operation to move into our new retail location on the first floor in the Workshop.
